2009 Version

Internal Revenue Code section 7520 requires the Internal Revenue service to update the mortality assumptions on which the IRS tables are based every ten years, and new tables are required to be issued by May 1, 2009.  At that time, your Tiger Tables program will be obsolete and all Tiger Tables users will be required to purchase the new 2009 version, which will be available no later than May 1, 2009.  The cost of the 2009 version will be $299 for a single user copy (our first price increase in 10 years) and $50 for each license for an additional user.  There are no annual fees for Tiger Tables users and there will be no charge for any later updates to the 2009 version unless we bring out a completely new version--which is unlikely.  Anyone purchasing the $199 current (2006) version of the software after December 15, 2008 will be able to upgrade to the new version for $100.
